The production cooperative "Vologda Dairy Plant" took part in the gastronomic festival "TASTES OF RUSSIA" - 2023!!!
We are proud that we produce Vologda butter, which was awarded the first prize in the nomination "For the whole country"!!!
More than 1.6 million Muscovites and tourists visited the sites of the festival "Tastes of Russia". More than 400 thousand items of roducts were purchased by festival guests.
The visitors were offered unique local products from more than 70 regions of the country, as well as events dedicated to folk crafts and culture.
"The festival guests purchased about 200 thousand kilograms of Russian products - cheeses, meat and fish delicacies, sweets. They were brought from the Volga region, the Far East, the Urals, Altai. Everyone could try dishes from the regions."
The festival menu included Black Sea mackerel cooked on coals, fried Murmansk smelt, Ossetian pies with cheese and spinach, Kuban dumplings with cherries, cottage cheese, strawberries and much more. In total, more than 400 thousand portions of various dishes were eaten.
