This is one of the main enterprises in the dairy industry in the Vologda region. Its almost century-long history begins with a small workshop in the basement on 2, Vozrozhdeniya Square. There, for the first time, they began making butter by hand.

Demand of dairy products was increasing, so more workers were hired, the enterprise expanded. During the Great Patriotic War, the plant supplied dairy products to city hospitals to feed the wounded. And after the end of the war, by 1950, the foundation of the future modern enterprise was laid on the marshy suburban areas of the Poshekhonskoye Highway, behind the wooden "humpbacked" bridge.

Today, the enterprise processes up to 350 tons of milk per day. Due to the fact that all manufactured products, and this is more than 50 items, are made from high-quality natural raw materials without the addition of preservatives, it is loved and known not only in the regional center, but also far beyond its borders.
